Belle Mer Condominiums of Navarre Beach, Florida is a premium residence for year round enjoyment.  The sign at the bridge says that Navarre Beach is "Florida's Best Kept Secret."  It is indeed a special place, a narrow strip of beach on the Florida Gulf Coast, between Gulf Breeze and Pensacola.  Beautiful, white sandy beaches greet you as you unpack and stretch your legs.  Belle Mer condos puts you in the mood for relaxing, as you enjoy water views on both sides of your unit.  Belle Mer was built in 1997 and is a 16-storied building with four units on each level.  From Navarre Parkway, you will cross the Navarre Beach Causeway bridge to reach us.

Unit 202 was completely renovated in 2010 and has been on the rental market for three years.  You will not find a better equipped or more beautiful unit in Navarre, or any of the communities close by.  Decorated for the older crowd, but welcome to children, you will find two large master bedrooms and a third bedroom that can accommodate children in two twins, or adults in a king bed.  The master bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, dressing areas, showers, and a jacuzzi tub.  The views of the ocean, and especially the sunsets, are phenomenal.  We are available for rent during Spring Break and College Break, as well as Memorial Day to Labor Day.  Our maximum sleep capacity is 6.

We personally handle all of our bookings and have onsite maintenance personnel.  Our rate of $2800 a week, or $500 a night, includes all fees and taxes.  We do not worry you with the details...we just want you to relax and enjoy this home as much as we do.

Sunrise over the ocean, white sand beaches that show the three-stemed footprint of the birds, seagrass growing sparsely through the dunes, early morning fisherman setting out their lines and somewhere in the distance, the tinkling of wind chimes that recalls the church chimes of your childhood.
